•    Your Priority: You are fully responsible for finishing all material on time. Your child's future is the priority; plan accordingly.
•    The Program is Non-Refundable: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, extensions, or holds for any reason, including failure to complete the material due to personal circumstances.
•    Focus on Our Method Only: Do not seek outside, contradictory advice from support groups or the internet (no doom scrolling, Youtube videos, books) while enrolled in our program. This can create confusion and mix methods.

2. Intellectual Property & Use

•    No Sharing: You cannot share, publish, distribute, or give access to our course material to any other person.
•    IP Protection: All content (videos, documents, rubrics, methods) is the exclusive property of Peaceful Victory Inc.
•    AI/LLM Restriction: You are strictly forbidden from using any material to create, train, or inform any Artificial Intelligence (AI) model or Large Language Model (LLM).

3. Communication Protocol & Payments

•    Do not contact Ginger Gentile directly for administrative issues (payments, tech support, scheduling, extensions). Her role is the company leader.
•    Support Channel: For all admin, tech, or scheduling questions, email the dedicated team: support@reversingparentalalienation.com
•    Support Hours: Our support team operates M-F, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET, excluding holidays. Staff are not on call 24 hours a day.
•    Kindness Policy: Treat all staff with kindness and respect. Breach of this policy results in immediate termination of access without refund.
•    Payment Responsibility: If using a split payment or subscription, you are solely responsible for keeping payments current. We will not send reminders. No refunds for missed or forgotten payments.
•    No Payment Disputes: The Client agrees not to use credit card, bank, or payment platform dispute/chargeback services. All issues must be directed to our support team first.
